SUEZ and RESOLVING create a joint venture to accelerate the development of digital solutions dedicated to selective deconstruction and circular economy.
- On the occasion of POLLUTEC, SUEZ and RESOLVING announce the creation of a joint venture aiming to accelerate the development of innovative digital solutions dedicated to the renovation and selective deconstruction of buildings serving the circular economy.
- This merger continues their collaboration started a few months ago which allowed the launch of the anticipation approach batiRIM®.
Additional expertise and shared values
This joint venture combines the complementary expertise and shared values of RESOLVING, digital accelerator in the real estate and construction industries, specialist in BIM (Building Information Modeling), and SUEZ, major player in recovery and recycling, which is strongly committed to the circular economy. The joint venture merges the agility of a start-up and the strength of a group and represents a new collaborative model, part of the digital revolution and the resource revolution.
Through this company, SUEZ and RESOLVING have the ambition to design innovative digital solutions for professionals in charge of major development projects.
Extension of the anticipation approach batiRIM®
After batiRIM®, launched in March 2018, which is modeling the flow of products and materials resulting from the deconstruction of buildings, their teams designed its extension, a collaborative platform that can be shared by all the stakeholders of a building site.
This shared platform strengthens the communication and interaction between the various actors involved, while providing them with a large quantity of highly reliable data.
It will also offer marketing cards for all products intended for reuse (lighting, radiators, door handles, etc ...) and direct links to specialised marketplaces. The partners of these marketplaces will be able to connect to the data provided by batiRIM® to access these new resources.
The batiRIM® solution, combining the Resource Information Modeling tool (RIM®) and the collaborative platform, is revolutionising the deconstruction methodology by implementing the circular economy at the heart of construction sites to develop re-use and recycling.
